Solana (SOL) Price Jumps as Seeker Phones Ship Globally
Solana Mobile started shipping its Seeker smartphones to 50+ countries, boosting SOL price by 1.49%. The second-gen web3 device comes with 150,000+ pre-orders, showing way more traction than the original Saga phone.
SOL Price Benefits from Mobile Push and DeFi Boom
The phone comes loaded with 2,500+ decentralized apps through Solana's dApp Store 2.0, plus a built-in Solflare wallet, Seed Vault security, and a Genesis NFT for exclusive airdrops. There's also a new SKR token that'll reward users and developers.
Solana (SOL) Hardware Revenue Hits $67.5M Target
Priced at $450-500, the Seeker targets crypto enthusiasts and developers tired of Apple/Google's high fees. The Android-based system lets you install apps freely through its TEEPIN architecture.
With current pre-orders, Solana Mobile is looking at $67.5 million in revenue. More importantly, more phones means more SOL transactions and network activity, potentially driving continued price momentum for the token.
