Release industrial resources by releasing the list of city opportunities, attract a group of high-quality enterprises in the metaverse field, and carry out cluster innovation in metaverse scenarios. By the end of 2023, the scale of the metaverse industry will reach 100 billion yuan. The "Work Plan" pointed out that this year will focus on promoting 35 scene construction projects in four major areas.

In order to create these innovative application scenarios, the "Work Plan" clearly states that it will strengthen the introduction and cultivation of key enterprises in the Metaverse, establish a database for cultivating enterprises in the Metaverse and a directory for attracting key enterprises, and explore the construction of a gathering area for the development of industries in the Metaverse and a leading area for the development of industries in the Metaverse.
