The crypto assets market seems to be entering a new phase. While TradFi trading typically doesn't overly focus on short-term news, in the world of crypto assets, especially for small tokens (commonly known as "alts"), narrative and hype are often key driving factors.
Currently, there are signs that the altcoin season is approaching in the market. For example, discussions about decentralized finance (DeFi) on Chinese social media platforms have exceeded 150,000 posts. This undoubtedly reflects investors' strong interest in this field.
However, to achieve a true altcoin frenzy, we need to see higher levels of participation. When the discussion volume of a single altcoin-related topic exceeds 500,000 posts, it may signify the full arrival of the altcoin season.
It is worth noting that while the current market enthusiasm has increased, it has not yet reached a level that triggers large-scale FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). This relatively rational market environment may provide investors with a window period for observation and analysis.
