Derlin Holdings invested HKD 10.13 million in the subscription of RWA tokenization company Asseto shares.
[Chain News] PANews reports that according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, the Hong Kong listed company Derlin Holdings has signed a share subscription agreement with the RWA tokenization fintech company Asseto, conditionally agreeing to subscribe to 77,352 Class A ordinary shares issued by Asseto, with a total subscription price of 1,290,335 USD (10.13 million HKD) to be paid in cash. It is reported that the subscribed shares account for approximately 3.23% of the enlarged issued share capital of Asseto after the subscription.
